In the centre of the cross is a circular laurel wreath covered in green enamel and bound at the bottom by a gold ribbon covered in red enamel. On the wreath is the gold Imperial crown. Inside the ribbon is a medallion covered in white enamel on which is laid the combined cypher of the Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II. The cross itself is laid on a circular laurel wreath covered in dark-green enamel with the gold dates «1805» and «1905» and the gold inscriptions «21 ЕГ.» and «91ДВ.». Reference: V.Kempf.
